We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

3. Scope of Services

Her MidWay provides mentorship, coaching, educational content, personal development programmes, and community-based experiences.

Our Services are designed for personal growth and development. They are not therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided within Her MidWay, including but not limited to:

Frameworks (including the D.R.E.A.M. Pathway Method)

Programme materials

Audio content

Written resources

Branding, logos, and visuals

Workshop recordings

Community content

remains the intellectual property of Her MidWay unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

Share programme access with others

Republish content publicly

Use materials for commercial purposes

Teach or replicate our frameworks as your own

Unauthorised use may result in removal from programmes and potential legal action.

5. Programme Access & Conduct

When participating in mentorship programmes, events, or community spaces, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other members

Maintain confidentiality within group environments

Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme or community without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

6. Communications

By submitting your details, booking a call, enrolling in a programme, or downloading a resource, you consent to receive communications from Her MidWay related to:

Your bookings or enrolment

Programme updates

Account information

Educational content

Marketing and promotional materials (where applicable)

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Service-related communications may still be sent where necessary.

7. Payments & Fees

All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase or enrolment.

By purchasing a programme or membership, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method, including recurring payments where applicable.

If you choose a payment plan:

You remain responsible for the full agreed amount.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:

All sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind.

No refunds will be issued for failure to participate.

No refunds will be issued for partial use of a programme.

If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for completing all payments as agreed.

Any exceptions must be agreed in writing by Her MidWay.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Any testimonials or examples shared represent individual experiences and do not constitute a promise of future results.

Your transformation depends on your personal commitment, participation, and circumstances.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may be delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, membership platforms, email providers, booking systems).

We are not responsible for outages, platform changes, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her MidWay shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific programme or service in question.
